How it works?

Our program offers two scientifically driven group class options: Move-MENT and Re-Comp.

Move-MENT: This class focuses on enhancing athletic performance through a blend of strength, conditioning, and mobility work. Based on athletic training principles, Move-MENT is designed to improve power, flexibility, and endurance using progressive overload and functional movements. It’s ideal for individuals looking to increase overall fitness and athleticism.

Re-Comp: A scientifically designed body recomposition class that targets fat loss and muscle gain through a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning. Re-Comp utilizes interval training and progressive resistance to optimize fat-burning while building lean muscle, making it perfect for those aiming to reshape their body and improve muscle tone.
